1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Onnellisethetket Oy (Business ID 7435892-1, Mikonkatu 19, 00100 Helsinki, Finland), including hotel accommodation, venue hire and access to the casino floor. By making a booking or entering the venue, you accept these terms.
2. Bookings and payment
- Hotel room bookings are confirmed in writing by our reception team. A booking is binding once confirmed.
- Conference hall hire requires a 30% prepayment; private casino lounge hire requires a 50% prepayment.
- We accept cash (EUR), major bank cards and Finnish online bank payments on site. We do not accept cryptocurrency.
- All prices include VAT at the applicable Finnish rate.
3. Cancellation and refunds
- Deluxe Rooms and Junior Suites: free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
- Presidential Suite: full refund for cancellations made 7 days or more before arrival.
- Conference hall: free date change up to 14 days before the event.
- Private casino lounge: full refund for cancellations 10 days or more before the event.
- If Onnellisethetket cancels a confirmed event booking, the prepayment is refunded in double.
4. Casino floor rules
- Entry to the casino floor is restricted to guests aged 18 or older with valid photo identification.
- All gaming is conducted in person at physical tables and machines. No remote or online play is offered.
- House rules, table limits and payout rules are displayed at each table and at the cashier desk.
- The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or suspend play in cases of intoxication, abusive behaviour or suspected rule violations.
- Guests may request self-exclusion or daily limits at the cashier desk at any time.
5. Hotel stay rules
- Check-in from 15:00, checkout by 13:00 (included in all rates).
- Rooms are non-smoking. A €200 cleaning fee applies to violations.
- Pets are welcome in Deluxe Rooms by prior arrangement (€25 per night).
- The hotel is not liable for valuables left in rooms; a safe is provided in every room free of charge.
6. Liability
Onnellisethetket Oy is liable for direct damages caused by its proven negligence, up to the amount paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect damages, force majeure events or losses resulting from a guest's breach of these terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are settled primarily through negotiation; failing that, at the Helsinki District Court (Helsingin käräjäoikeus).
