2. Data we collect

• Booking data: name, phone number, email address, dates of stay and service preferences you provide in booking or contact forms.
• Registration data: identification details required by Finnish law at hotel check-in and casino entry (name, date of birth, nationality, document type).
• Website data: basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, collected via cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Processing bookings and providing services — performance of a contract.
• Guest registration at the hotel and casino floor — legal obligation under Finnish law.
• Responding to feedback form messages — legitimate interest.
• Improving our website — your consent via the cookie banner.

4. Data retention

Booking and contact data is kept for up to 24 months after your last interaction. Registration data required by law is retained for the period prescribed by Finnish legislation. Data is then securely deleted.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. Data is shared only with authorities when required by Finnish law and with service providers (such as our accounting firm) under data-processing agreements compliant with the GDPR.

6. Your rights

• Access, rectify or erase your personal data.
• Restrict or object to processing, and request data portability.

7. Security

Personal data is stored on systems located within the EU, protected by access controls and encryption. Paper registration records are kept in locked storage accessible only to authorised staff.
